At the risk of sounding like a greedy cheapskate of a lord (which I am, of course), I was wondering when the Old Gods or the New will be blessing us with anymore promo codes or special offers (like the one with Stark/Targaryen Insignia Shields and Oberyn's Coat?) Those were lovely.

I think the "participation" prizes are an excellent way to keep players engaged. And they are a boon to people who don't buy gold (not me - i spend PLENTY of gold) providing NICE gear & companions.

Another issue I've experienced is playing with family members sharing a computer and IP address only being allowed 1 promo code. They don't seem to be set up by game account, but by IP address. My brother has to use his computer at work to get his promo and my sister and I take turns. I really think this needs to change so families who play together, stay together and don't fight about who gets the cool new promo.

Unfortunately, I think the problem with that is people running alts. I am guessing that the IP lock is there for people who would use the promo to stock things for their alt. It's another example of the few making it harder for people who wouldn't cheat.

I've been told that you can get a new code using incognito mode in Chrome, clearing your cache, or switching browsers.

Actually - if you try to redeem multiple codes, it will tell you you've already redeemed. The problem has to do with your cache. Try using Incognito mode, or clearing your cache and trying again.

Click on SHOP, after click in lower right OFFER CODE. Paste the code received and press enter.
Some codes have an expiration date.
